1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: If the goods you are in need have stocks then no have any MOQ limit, if for OEM or ODM products, we have to discuss according to the real situation.
2.Q: Can you design the product for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional design team with more than 20years' experience in the business.
3.Q: Do I need to pay for the sample charges?
A: for the Low Value Samples, we will provide with no sample charges, but you need to pay for the Courrier Charge; for the High Value Samples, you have to pay for the Sample Charges as well as the Courrier Charges, and of course, we will return back all those Charges after you take orders to us.
4.Q: What kind of certificates do your products have?
A: most of our products have CE, CB, FCC, GS, and RoHS certificates.
5.Q: What's your delivery time?
A: according to your order details, we will make a Production Plan which will be agreed by our two sides, and the delivery time will be 100% same as we promised unless Force Majeure happens.
6.Q: How about the after-sales service?
A: for any questions about our product problems, we will reply ASAP. We would like to do our best to resolve your problems, and make you nothing to worry about.
